#### What you’ll do

Over the course of three events designed for teams of people who regularly work together, you’ll engage in a series of 1-on-1 and group discussions designed to help you reconnect and realign following a period of change. Topics you’ll cover include the changes you’ve been through, your team goals and priorities, and how your team typically communicates and gets things done.

### Month 1: Processing Change

In this first of three sessions, we’ll talk through some of the significant changes we’ve been through as a team and how they’ve affected us. What have we lost? Gained? Learned? Reflecting on our collective experiences will help us connect and lay a foundation for discussing what we may need to rethink or adjust going forward (which we’ll cover in the next two sessions).
