#### What you’ll do

Bring your team together for a weekly stand-up. This meeting comes with a pre-built agenda — but here are some hosting hints! (1) Consider kicking things off with a different YouTube video each week. (2) remember to tailor the “Announcements” round for your group. Over the course of 15 minutes, lead your team through an engaging conversation, share updates and announcements, give everyone a chance to talk through ongoing work, and assign action items for the week.
